Description: A family is looking for a native English-speaking or bilingual academic tutor to support their 16-year-old daughter in class. She is in the first year of the IB Diploma Programme (DP1) at an International school in Baranzate.
She is bright and fully able to keep up with her studies; because of a health condition she tires easily and uses a computer instead of writing by hand.
Taking notes in English during lessons and typing up homework, exercises and tests as she dictates them, in line with school rules.
Helping her produce drawings, charts and scientific diagrams, particularly for chemistry and biology.
Calmly following the procedures agreed with the family and the school for any needs related to her health condition.
Required: Native English speaker or fully bilingual. Science background, able to follow lessons at IB Diploma Programme level. Reliable, organised, patient and attentive. Looking for a long-term role.
Working Hours: 8.30 to 3.30, during school hours
Accommodation: Separate accommodation available; the family lives in Cusano Milanino
Compensation: Regular employment contract. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
