Description: We are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant with strong driving skills to support a busy family of five based in Milan. The role combines the responsibilities of a PA and family driver and requires flexibility, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily school runs and occasional errands for the family
- General PA tasks: scheduling, liaising with service providers, organizing logistics
- Driving the family to and from St. Moritz on winter weekends (Friday evening departure, Sunday return, you can go back to Milan between the 2 trips) — time off during the week is provided to compensate
- Travel to Portofino in the summer, including solo trips to check and prepare the property
- Coordinating travel logistics and ensuring timely arrivals/departures
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Chauffeur
- Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license
- Reliable, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Discreet, respectful of family privacy, and child-friendly (family has 3 primary school-aged daughters)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan
Required: Fluency in both English and Italian

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (2 days off per week)
